Нас розділяють тисячі кілометрів і цілий океан, але ми близькі у своїх поглядах, принципах і цінностях. Дякуємо американському народу за міцне партнерство і дружбу між нашими державами, за підтримку у боротьбі за найважливіші цінності людства – волю, свободу, суверенність та демократію.
Ми цінуємо ваш вклад у збереження незалежності України та бажаємо Сполученим Штатам Америки миру, процвітання та подальших успіхів.

On behalf of all residents of Kaniv, I sincerely congratulate the citizens of our sister-city of Sonoma and all Americans on this holiday.
Thousands of kilometers and an entire ocean is between us, but we are still close in our views, principles, and values. We thank the American people for the strong partnership and friendship between our nations, and for their support in the struggle for humanity's most important values – liberty, freedom, sovereignty, and democracy.
We are thankful for your contribution to preserving the independence of Ukraine and wish the United States of America peace, prosperity, and continued success.
